The Smart Booster Investor Bundle is a low 1.99% investment home loan offer, with either Principal and Interest or Interest Only repayments, available to our customers who already have an Owner Occupied loan with us.

If you are an investor and have at least a 20% equity, you can take advantage of the 1.99% variable rate for the first 12 months of your loan.

Whenever you put money into your redraw offset facility, that money is 100% “offset” against your home loan, with VISA debit access. So, if you had a home loan of $350,000 and $5,000 in your redraw offset facility, you only pay interest on the $345,000.
